"Why would you choose this song for this writing?" Why does there always have to be an apparently logical "Why?", to explain everything we do? Why not drop the "Why?" more often, and just let yourself enjoy this wonderful thing we call Life, without feeling you need to justify what you do with some purpose? Why not? Possibly, devoting ourselves to Life, not some grand purpose, is what would bring us most fulfillment and, ironically, purpose.
An aged, wise monk was sweeping the monastery yard. The sun was scorching hot on the summer, cloudless mid-afternoon.
A younger monk, passing by, asked, "How old are you?" The aged monk replied, "I'm seventy-seven."
"You're so old! Why are you still working so hard here?" asked the younger monk. "Well, because I'm here."
"But why are you working under the scorching sun?," again asked the younger monk. "Because the sun is here."
